The way the new service works, is each evening after you have completed your day’s operation, MDS computer contacts your computer and copies the data on your system. The compressed data is then transferred to Metroplex host system. When the need arises the data is uncompressed and a login to your data is provided by MDS. Custom programs can be made available and printing can be done on-site to your local PC printers. It can be business as usual, while you fix or replace the in-house system.
