INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
All hardware is shipped directly to or procured
directly by the customer, except the server system itself. The server is shipped to MDS at our Dallas
office. MDS will load the operating
system and MDS modules. At the same time
if data is available for conversion the customer account files are loaded and
the server is shipped to the customer location at customer expense. Hardware or Technical Service is billed at
the rate of $75.00 per hour.
Estimation for loading and configuring a server is 2 hours.
All other installations are done on-site at the time
of the training and are part of the on-site training program.
Training is done on-site either on the customers
data or on a learn module installed on the server to teach the program
operations without damaging user data.
The total training is estimated to take five days including travel. Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00 a total of
40 hours at a rate of $75.00 per hour, plus travel expenses. Travel expenses can vary,
depending on location of the customer and transportation arrangements..
